London, 12/03/2012. "Stop the War Coalition" organised a vigil to express shock and outrage for the 16 civilians, nine of them children, murdered on Sunday by a US soldier in Kandahar province, Afghanistan. People gathered in silence outside the National Gallery in Trafalgar Square to commemorate the cold-blooded slaughter. Speakers included: Lindsey German (Stop the War Coalition) and Mitra Quayoom (Afghans for Peace).
