Today, the LSE (London School of Economics and Political Studies) presented a public lecture - part of the LSE European Institute "Perspectives on Europe" public lecture - called "Britain and the EU: a view from the European Parliament" hosted by Martin Schulz (German politician and President of the European Parliament since 2012; previously leader of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats in the European Parliament; member of the European Parliament for Germany since 1994; aged 31, he was elected as the youngest mayor of North Rhine-Westphalia).
