London, 25/01/2012. The Archbishop of Canterbury (the senior bishop and principal leader of the Church of England), the Most Reverend Rowan Williams, ordained today the Reverend Canon Tim Dakin as Bishop of Winchester and the Venerable John Wraw as Bishop of Bradwell in the Diocese of Chelmsford. After the service the Archbishop and the two new bishops held a photoshoot on the steps of St Paul's Cathedral in front of the protesters of Occupy LSX.
