Today, Global Women's Strike held a vigil on the steps of St Martin-in-the-Fields in Trafalgar Square - marking the International Women's Strike - in support and solidarity with the women farmers of Thailand, tirelessly risking their lives to defend land and water from multinational corporations, to fight for the living wage for all women, and to end all forms of discrimination against women.
