Today, LSE (London School of Economics) presented one of the series of lectures: "Towards a Genuine Economic and Monetary Union" called "Structural Reforms to Stimulate Growth: more pain for workers and another credit bubble in the making?", organised by LSE European Institute. The event was hosted by Tito Boeri (Professor of Economics at Bocconi University, Milan; LSE Centennial Professor; Scientific Director of Fondazione Debenedetti; research Fellow at CEPR, IZA and Igier-Bocconi), Dr Laurence Boone (Managing director and head of developed Europe Economics at Bank of America Merrill Lynch Global Research; former managing director at Barclays Capital) and Dr Gilles Saint-Paul (Member of the Paris School of Economics and Global University Professor at New York University in Abu Dhabi; researcher fellow at CEPR, IZA and CES-Ifo; member of the Conseil d'Analyse Economique).  Chair of the event was Dr Corrado Macchiarelli (LSE - Postdoctoral - Fellow in European Political Economy).
