London, 16/10/2014. The National Union of Journalist (NUJ) and the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ), hosted by the Guardian News & Media, held an International conference called "Journalism in the age of mass surveillance: safeguarding journalists and their sources". The aim of the day-long meeting was to debate about press freedom, State surveillance, and concrete ways to protect journalists and their sources.<br />
