The demonstration was also called in support of Solidarity and Social Justice, against inequalities, racism, and against the policies of the Government League - Five Star Movement, especially the so-called "Decreto Salvini / Decreto Sicurezza" (Decree which is now Law of the Italian Republic, Legge 1° Dicembre 2018, n. 132,
