Today, on the day of the British teachers strike, more than 10 thousands people marched from the BBC HQ in Portland Place to Parliament Square where they held a rally to protest against the British Conservative Government's new Education for All Bill. From the organisers Facebook page: <<NUT members are taking strike action on Tuesday 5th July in protest at government funding cuts and the government's intention to deregulate our pay and conditions, both of which will have a negative impact on children, teachers and schools […]>>. The demonstration was organised by the National Union of Teachers (NUT) and fully supported by the BMA Junior Doctors.<br />
