Rome, 28/01/2019. Today, a demonstrations called "Non Siamo Pesci" (We are not fishes) was held outside the Italian Parliament in Piazza Montecitorio. The rally, organised by "Radicali Italiani" (Italian Radicals, Political Party, 1.) and "A Buon Diritto" (2.), took place to protest against another tragic shipwreck in the Mediterranean Sea where 117 people died - including 2 children - and against the further decision of the Interior Minister Matteo Salvini (Leader of Lega - League Party https://bit.ly/2RZvplI & https://bit.ly/2RTv6NJ) to close the Italian ports to NGO vessels. As a result, the 'Sea-Watch 3' ship of the humanitarian group Sea Watch (3.) with its rescued 47 passengers has remained on stand-by close to Siracusa (Sicily) since Saturday 19 January 2019, without the possibility to disembark the exhausted people on a safe port. Protesters, activists and members of the public also asked the Italian Parliament to immediately set up a Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry on the numerous shipwrecks and tragedies happening in the Mediterranean sea.<br />
