London, 10/11/2013. On Remembrance Day 2013, Veterans for Peace UK held a Peace walk from Trafalgar Square to the Cenotaph in Whitehall. The 18 veterans (men who had served in World War 2, South East Asia, Northern Ireland, Dhofar, Macedonia, Afghanistan and Iraq) and their supporters marched under the banner “Never Again”. At the end of the walk, the veterans laid a wreath of white and red poppies and observed a minute of silence to all the victims of wars.
