Today, "Slavery Remembrance Ltd" held the UK's first ever Slavery Remembrance National Memorial Service in London's Trafalgar Square to commemorate, honour and pay respect to the victims of the Transatlantic Slave Trade. and in a time where racism and racist attacks are on the rise in the UK and globally we want to tell the world that we love being black. We are the descendants of some of the strongest people on earth and we are proud, and now it's time we made them proud. So join us at 1pm in Trafalgar Square on August the 21st in honouring our ancestors and showing the world they deserve to be remembered. We believe unity is our key so we ask that those attending wear the colours symbolising black unity, red, black and green.
