Rebekah Brooks, former chief executive of News International (which News of the World was part of), her husband Charlie, her former personal assistant Cheryl Carter, Andy Coulson, the prime minister's one-time communications director, the former head of security at News International Mark Hanna, Ian Edmondson, former head of news, Greg Miskiw, former news editor, Neville Thurlbeck, former chief reporter, James Weatherup, a former reporter, and Glenn Mulcaire, a private detective, accused of four counts related to particular individuals, were all in court today.
