Today, LSE (London School of Economics) presented a public lecture called "Toward a Genuine Economic and Monetary Union?", hosted by Fabrizio Saccomanni (Italian Minister of Economy and Finances; former member of the governing board and director general of the Bank of Italy, 2006/2013; former vice president for risk management at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, 2003/2006). Chair of the event was Professor Maurice Fraser (Senior Fellow in European Politics, Director Agora Projects - publishing. Senior Counsellor, APCO Worldwide. Special Adviser to UK Foreign Secretaries Douglas Hurd, John Major and Sir Geoffrey Howe, 1989 - 1995).<br />
