This evening, members of the public supported by "Streets Kitchen" - a non-profit organisation that provides information and help for homeless people - met outside Camden Town Station for "distributing and collecting essential items to those who may need them on our streets". Wool hats, gloves, jumpers, trousers, shoes, sleeping bags, tooth paste and brushes, coats, and then cups of tea and hot soups, home cooked food, including a vegetarian version, sandwiches, water, biscuits and a lot of company and smiles were donated this evening to the homeless people who are experiencing the London's cold and wet winter.

EDIT - 11 APRIL 2016 - Following my return from Calais and Dunkirk camps in April 2016, news came to light of an ongoing court case that one of the people featured in these photo stories is involved in as a defendant. I had not known about this previously, and neither had Zekra, who is the organiser of "Happy Ravers" - one of the groups featured in these photostories.
These photostories do show great work being done to help homeless people, and I will continue documenting this project. Though it is the job of the courts to reach a verdict (I do believe people are innocent until proven guilty), I have none the less decided that moving forward I will focus only on Zekra's work.
