Rome, 25/07/2019. Today, the historic-Roman-hardcore Hip Hop band "Cor Veleno" (1.) plays at Parco Schuster for their "Lo Spirito Che Suona" (The Spirit Who Plays, also the name of the last album of the Band, 2.) Tour 2019. The band is composed by: the Rapper Grandi Numeri and the Producer DJ Squarta. The co-founder of Core Veleno, the legendary Rapper Primo Brown (David Berardi, 39) - who can be often seen portrayed during concerts on the stage screen - passed away during 2016 New Year’s night, after a long battle against a life-threatening disease. <br />
The Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera described Primo Brown (David Berardi) saying: «[…] When we write the definitive history of the Italian rap, of how an all-American art has found in our country - so European and with a very different language from English so perfectly syncopated and full of truncated words perfect for hip-hop - a role and important figures, a chapter to underline with the highlighter will be dedicated to Primo Brown. The Roman artist of Cor Veleno will be remembered for his talent, his commitment to remain authentic without commercializing his music and rhymes. [...] If rap has entered the room of the buttons of our music, if in the homeland of the (however noble and appreciated in the world) "canzonette" and songwriters there is a real space for rap, the merit is also of Primo […]» (3.).<br />
