District Judge Howard Riddle said "the extradition would not breach Mr Assange's human rights". Assange was accompanied by his lawyer Mark Stephens and Jemima Khan (British writer and campaigner, Associate Editor of the New Statesman and European editor-at-large for Vanity Fair). In the meanwhile, outside the court people gathered in support and solidarity with Julian Assange.
