London, 15/10/15. Today, Architects for Social Housing, ASH, held a demonstration outside the HQ of RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) to protest against the annual Stirling Prize (The Royal Institute of British Architects Stirling Prize is a British prize for excellence in architecture). From the organiser Facebook page: <<[…] we're protesting against RIBA's nomination of NEO Bankside, by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, a project which has not only broken every planning requirement for social housing in Southwark, but in doing so has set a very dangerous precedent for the mechanics of social cleansing in London […]>>.<br />
