The annual conventional parade ended with the 684th newly elected Lord Mayor of London, David Wootton, waving to the crowds from his golden carriage. In parallel, the NOT the Lord Mayors Show was launched with Rt Reverend Michael Colclough (Canon in Residence from St Paul's Cathedral) blessing the Occupy LSX camp and its occupants. The festival continued with performances from actors, comedians, musicians, poets, writers, activists, politicians and campaigners showing their support for the occupation. The guests, amongst others, included: Andy Zaltzman (British comedian and author, largely focused on political material), Dean Atta (Writer), Josie Long (English comedian), Chris T-T (English alt-folk singer and songwriter), Deanna Rodger (Uk Slam Champion), Beans on Toast (Singer and songwriter), Javier, The Clouded Silver and the Occupation Band (Music Band), John McDonnell (MP).
